Strategic knowledge management: In search of a knowledge-based organizational model

Abstract. This paper discusses the results and propositions of organizational knowledge management research conducted in the period 2001-2007. This longitudinal study had the unique goal of investigating and analyzing “Knowledge Management” (KM) processes effectively implemented in world class organizations. The main objective was to investigate and analyze the conceptions, motivations, practices, metrics and results of KM processes implemented in different industries. The first set of studies involved 20 world cases related in the literature and served as a basis for a theoretical framework entitled “KM Integrative Conceptual Mapping Proposition”. This theoretical proposal was then tested in a qualitative study in three large organizations in Brazil.

مدیریت استراتژیک دانش: در جستجوی یک مدل سازمانی بر اساس دانش

چکیده: این مقاله نتایج و گزاره‌های تحقیقات مدیریتی دانش سازمانی را در بین سال‌های 2001 - 2007مورد بحث قرار می‌دهد. این تحقیقات، هدف منحصر به‌فردی از بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل فرآیندهای موثر "مدیریت دانش"(KM)  در سازمان در سطح جهانی دارد. هدف اصلی، بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل مفاهیم، ​​انگیزه‌ها، شیوه‌ها، معیارها و نتایج فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش است که در صنایع مختلف اجرا شده است. اولین مجموعه از مطالعات شامل 20 مورد مرتبط در جهان است و اساسس برای یک چارچوب نظری است. این پیشنهاد تئوری پس از آن برای اثبات در یک مطالعه کیفی با سه سازمان بزرگ در فهرست برنامه‌های سازمانی برزیل قرار داده شد. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه کیفی نگاشت و سوالات برای تحقیقات جدید در مورد اجرای یک استراتژی مدل سازمانی مبتنی بر دانش را معتبر ساخت.
